Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be confident in Inbox Edge AI. If it isn’t a fit, we offer a simple refund window on first‑time Pro subscriptions.

2. 7‑Day Money‑Back (First Payment)

  • Applies to your first payment for a Pro plan.
  • Request within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund the subscription fee.
  • After 7 days, fees are non‑refundable but you can cancel anytime; your access will remain until the end of the billing period.

3. Renewals, Upgrades, Downgrades

  • Renewals are non‑refundable once the renewal date passes.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@bughutchmedia.com with your account email and Stripe receipt ID. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve issues before filing a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
