Welcome to Inbox Edge AI (“Service”), operated by Bug Hutch Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service at inboxedge.ai and related applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes
- Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Free trials or promotional periods may be offered and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
We offer a 7‑day refund on first‑time Pro subscriptions (see Refund Policy for details). After 7 days, subscriptions renew until cancelled and are non‑refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
- No spam, unlawful content, or abusive behavior.
- Respect sending limits and rate‑limits set by the Service. Initial cold email sending cap is 150 emails/dayfor Inbox Edge AI integrations.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security, scrape without permission, or misuse the Service.
5. AI & Content Responsibility
Inbox Edge AI uses AI to assist with content generation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance of any content you send or publish. The Service does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Service and its content. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability & Changes
We may update or discontinue parts of the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bug Hutch Ltd harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
